Advanced Power Sources Limited (APSL) was established as a proprietary concern in May 2003. In March 2012, all the net worth of APS was transferred to APS Ltd, and the company started functioning as a limited entity from April 1, 2012.
Currently, APS Welding, a leading welding machine manufacturer in India, operates its registered office at 306 Sagar Industrial Estate, Dahisar East, Mumbai – 400068. Our manufacturing facility is located at Survey No: 172/1, Old GIDC, Gundlav, Valsad, Gujarat – 396035.
We are a reputed indigenous welding machine manufacturer known for producing high-efficiency welding inverters with high power factors. APS Welding is India’s No.1 bestselling welding machine manufacturer, providing cost-effective solutions and optimal welding performance for our customers. All our models are rigorously tested as per IS and international standards.
At APS Welding, we utilize cutting-edge IGBT based Welding Inverter Technology. for all our models. Our 3-phase models are built with modular IGBT designs that ensure long life and reliability. Every control system is microprocessor-controlled, guaranteeing precision and superior welding quality, a hallmark of being a trusted welding machine manufacturer in India.
We have a production area of around 24,000 sqft, with the capacity to expand to 40,000 sqft. Our facility includes an in-house machine shop, fabrication shop, winding section, PCB manufacturing and testing section, assembly lines, and various testing setups. The welding machine manufacturer has a dedicated Design & Development department for creating innovative new products, alongside a skilled team in sales and after-sales support.
Our factory is strategically located on NH-8, connecting Mumbai port, rail, and road networks. The Surat airport is about 100 km away, while Mumbai Airport is 180 km from our facility. This ideal location supports our operations as a leading welding machine manufacturer.
At APS Welding, we have a skilled and trained workforce that meets our production needs. Currently, around 65 employees work at our factory, with 30% in engineering and administration. We also offer an in-house training section for new employees to ensure excellence in our operations.
Our sales and service operations are supported by a team of engineers. We have a service center in Mumbai, with three engineers available to cater to customer needs. In addition, we have about 50 dealers across India, ensuring that our products and services are accessible to customers nationwide.
