Built-in Digital Pulse TIG — Superior weld control

DIGICON microprocessor controls peak current, background current, pulse frequency, and duty cycle independently — reduces heat input, minimises distortion on thin-wall SS, and produces consistent fish-scale bead profiles.

Wide voltage range: 330–500V generator compatible

Fully operational from 330VAC to 500VAC, 3-phase — reliable on DG sets and generator-supplied sites where Indian grid voltage fluctuates. Critical for pipeline sites and plant shutdown jobs.

Electrode: 1.6 mm – 3.15 mm (SMAW)

Supports E6013 and E7018 stick electrodes from Ø1.6 mm to Ø3.15 mm — covering job material thickness 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm for maintenance, structural repair, and field welding in Stick mode.
