Rated at 800 Amps at 60% duty cycle and 600 Amps at 100% continuous duty, the Genesis 800 handles carbon electrode diameters from 6.0mm to 12.0mm — enabling groove depths from 3mm to 13mm on mild steel, structural steel, stainless steel, and carbon steel. Its wide input voltage range of 365–500VAC makes it reliable on DG sets and generator power, critical for yard and site operation.
